CHRCL hosted a public webinar taking and defending depositions, led by civil rights attorney Belinda Escobosa. The webinar covered the basics of crafting deposition questions to get admissions, the goals of deposing witnesses and opposing parties, how to depose a hostile witness, preparing a client for deposition, an overview of objections, avoiding common pitfalls, and how to use deposition transcripts in litigation.
