About the event

CHRCL hosted a panel of incredible lawyers, advocates, and organizers to discuss the ways - positive and negative - that class action litigation can impact communities. As attorneys and organizers, we are still learning to follow the leadership of those who will be directly impacted by litigation - the people who know most about how to seek a remedy that could truly help. This incredibly important conversation will raise questions about how we advocate and litigate and challenge us to consider the impacts of our work.
