Acerca del evento

CHRCL hosted a public webinar on protecting and promoting the interests of clients with trauma and working with clinical psychologists and expert witnesses.

Psychologist Juliana Ybarra discussed how clinical psychologists can help your case and help you identify key defenses and arguments. She also discussed how best to prepare your clients for and make them comfortable during depositions, focusing on clients with trauma who may have to speak about emotionally challenging topics.

Civil rights attorney Belinda Escobosa took participants through preparing a witness for deposition, defending the deposition, admissible expert testimony, what admissions to seek and avoid, and working with an expert witness.
