At the Center For Human Rights and Constitutional Law, we appreciate your generosity, there are multiple ways of contributing to our project, below you can find the best ways to get involved with creating a better future for immigrant children and vulnerable populations.
Here are few of our projects where your donation would be used:

Federal litigation to obtain decisions on visa petitions filed by abused, abandoned, and neglected immigrant and refugee youth within six months as required by federal law.

Enforcing the rights of children detained pending deportation or removal to appropriate placement and services.​

Nationwide class action federal court litigation to win the prompt release of detained immigrant children and to insure that their conditions of detention are safe and sanitary.​

Advocacy to protect the rights of immigrant survivors of crime, human trafficking, and domestic violence. ​

Advocacy to win work permits and protection from deportation for immigrant workers who report serious labor law violations.​

Trainings and the distribution of practice advisories to hundreds of legal services and pro bono attorneys to increase their effectiveness in representing low-income client communities.
