Human rights are inalienable, an essential foundation for societies. Unfortunately, there are vulnerable communities which are, more often than not, taken advantage of.  The Center reaffirms that human rights are not a luxury, an entitlement, or a dispensary available only to the privileged.

We are a legal support service with recognized expertise in complex litigation and the substantive law. We are established to protect and promote the constitutional and international human rights of immigrants, refugees, prisoners, minorities and indigenous peoples, including the rights to an adequate standard of living, to work, to freedom of expression and to be free from discrimination, arbitrary arrest, torture, and execution. We promote social, political, and economic change for vulnerable communities. We work hard to make sure they are not taken advantage of.

The Center for Human Rights and Constitutional law is an ally to activists fighting for progressive social, political, and economic change.
