Mr. Holguín has served as General Counsel with the CHRCL Foundation - 1984 to present.

Mr. Holguín's practice focuses on legal, legislative, and educational work in furtherance of the rights of immigrants and refugees. He has served as lead and co-counsel in numerous impact litigation cases involving deportation, political asylum, the rights of juveniles, and social services.

Ms. Iahdjian's practice focuses on the provision of technical and litigation support and training to attorneys and paralegals employed by California legal services providers, in the areas of constitutional, immigration and human rights law. Ms. Iahdjian provides administrative and policy advocacy involving prisoners in solitary confinement and immigrant children. Prior to working with the Center, Ms. Iahdjian provided legal advice and referral to indigent and homeless individuals in San Francisco, and later helped coordinate a program for opportunity youth in Los Angeles to facilitate their personal and career development. Ms. Iahdjian is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Bustamante is the Program Administrator of the Casa Libre/Freedom House homeless youth shelter.  The Casa Libre/Freedom house is a licensed emergency and long-term shelter for homeless and at-risk minors, including unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children. The Casa Libre shelter is operated by the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law, Inc., an organization established by the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law to operate programs for homeless at risk youth.

Ms. Kibinza attends France's "Grandes Ecoles". Sciences Po Rennes offers a multidisciplinary education in law, international relations, management, social sciences and economics. She is currently completing a project-based internship with CHRCL as part of her educational curriculum.  While at CHRCL she has focused her work on our unaccompanied immigrant minors project.  Her focus has been research and opening lines of communication with experts from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala.

Her work focuses on conducting a historical and contemporary analysis on how religion has shaped law and policy, and how religious organizations have responded to human rights adversities in modern times. She is a 2013 LL.M. graduate from the Duke University School of Law, and has an LL.B. from India.
